Hand forged from a billet of 1080+, 1084, and W1

It measures 19 1/2'' oa, with a 13 1/2'' blade. (tip to plunge)
The blade at its widest is 1 7/8''

When testing this after heat treat, i was chopping through treated 4x6's, and it really has a nasty bite!!

The handle is black linen micarta. The handle is epoxied on as well as having 2stainless steel bolts, the thong tube is stainless as well. Black para cord lanyard.

The sheath was made by Robert Jones, it is what he calls his "Dangler Model" And it allows the user to move freely without the sheath binding or restricting movement. It also has a stainless lanyard hole on the tip of the sheath in case the user wishes to fasten it to your leg.

Price with sheath is SOLD

paypal or postal money order accepted.

paypal is a-takach@takachforge.com

Andrew, I really like the straight pattern on that one, she sure is a big one :D.
I also like the somewhat ku-kri style shape to the blade.
How many layers is the steel, and how thick is it?

I think I lost consciousness for a minute. Did I just look at that thing? I think this is the most creative knife I've seen in a long time.

this knife is sweet!!! I got to hold it the other day, and it feels great in the hand. The sheath is great looking as well. Great work Andy.

I keep coming back to this one just to appreciate the pictures -- if only I had the $$ :)
Beautiful work.
