Hey guys! Here is the latest out of the shop. This set up took me forever to make. I started by forging a bar of Damascus out of 1095 and 15n20. I then forge welded the damascus to a core of Hitachi White #1 with medial layers of 15n20 in between the damascus and the core. It came out pretty cool looking but was expensive to make. For the handle I used Aerospace grade Carbon Fiber. Its sick looking but is a pain in the but to shape and sand... but worth it! ;) I sharpened the blade freehand on natural waterstones to a lightsaber edge. This is a sole authorship package. I make my own Damascus and laminates, as well as sheaths and heat treat. Hope y'all like it!!
