I think maker's name is John Norcom from Auburn, CA.That's who the paypal went to anyway.I can't really state positively if he is the actual maker.

Specs:
Damascus steel blade forged by Alabama Damascus. The blade is 3 1/4" and overall 8 1/8" 0.130" thick.
Composition is (4) layers of 5160 oil hardening high carbon, (3) layers 203E low carbon nickel steel, (3) layers of 52100, and (3) layers of 15N20. The steel is forged out and folded 5 times to give you 416 layers.
Hollow Ground.Heat-treated to 58-60 Rc.
The scales are water buffalo bone,& it has red liners & brass pins.The handles were made & assembled by Phillip Dobson.
This blank came to me very dull.It's been sharpened.
