Here's one I just finished up in this missouri heat, man its hot out there, I had a lot of trouble just keeping a hold of this one for all the sweat.
OAL 12", 7" blade, damascus hardware, Ironwood handle.
When it gets hot like it's been getting, I do my forging closer to midnight and on =P
Last summer I'd go out and work finish up about 5am, and hop in the pool to relax for a few before heading inside =P
Bill, that pattern is great and I really like the clip. Really nice bowie. I know what you mean about the heat. Sitting in front of the fan hand sanding and having all the ironwood dust blow back in your face, just can't beat that.

Awesome damascus and a very nice piece of ironwood. Great looking knife.
If it is too hot where you are, come to CT. It has rained almost every day in June and the temps are 10 -15 degrees below normal. Tough choice...too hot or too wet!
Thank you all for the nice comments, I sure appreciate them.
Don - that must be nice, but everytime I pull my feet out of my AC I get water all over the shop floor. Can I come watch you for the next 2 1/2 months.
Ray- the damascus pattern is a modified twist, if you'd build a guest house I'd gladly move in and pay rent for the next couple months, winter sounds good right now.
Pete - its good to see you on here. Do you stll have that 1 knife?
peterinct - we've got the rain and the heat, it rained 7 inches in 3 hours one evening last week and then 2 inches 2 days after that, now its 95 -100 and the humidity is horrible.
