I forged this from a billet of 15N20 and 1084 high carbon steel (about 125 layers as I recall)
Heat treated to Rc 58 to 60 with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to assure a fine grain structure
Flat grind with a slight convex
Professionally stabilized curly and spalted maple handle
Overall length: 12 3/4 inches
Blade: 8 1/8 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry

Flat grind with a slight convex
Professionally stabilized and dyed curly maple handle
Overall length: 11 inches
Blade: 6 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
