This knife is not just for fish, I use mine to bone out white tail especially for removing the backstrap.
Forged in my shop from 130+ layers of 15N20 and 1095 steel
Heat treated in my shop to Rc 58-60 with three normalizing and two tempering cycles
Flat grind with slight convex
Stabilized cherry burl handle
Overall length: 11 1/4 inches
Blade: 6 3/4 inches (yes it does flex)
Deep leather scabbard with a belt loop
