Damascus Handled Modified 110 complete, thanks for your input guys

Dave,,, are you saying that there were only 200 of the holey 110 blades made?

yep that is what i am saying... only 200 ordered by i think sheara outfiters
joe looked and looked fer a blade and told me that there were NO extras made only the 200
when i asked him to put one in a handle fer me
i sorced several of the knives with the holes
3 of the knifes with the holes i sent in with a 560 with broke blade
i got a factory made holey 560 back
i never asked joe what happened to the other two...
note Leroy made me several which i traded to others for knives i needed
some have found knives and had leroy make them for them
i see these at the shows in va and ga ...
but far as i know there are only 3 factory made and i have one of them

ugh here is one i sorced at the last blade show
it is modeled ofter a rare factor expermental 110 called the thinsides that had a 112 hook on it ..
there were other thinsides that did not have the 112 hook
they were factory thined out 110s in standard format
this is thined out and in solid matching damascuss handle materal
it is the only one i know of ...
there is one standord shaped factory damascus handled 110 that was made for some one on the west coast
i dont know who it was that got it.. or if it had a damascuss blade or polished blade

The etch looks GREAT Jerad. I could see why you would want to keep it

I like JB's suggestion of countersinking the fasteners.

Thanks for the compliment ITE. All this makes me want to countersink them. But it is together and HT already. I'm going to leave good enough alone this time lol
