Oh Bona, I think this is my personal favorite Damascus Hunter I've ever seen. The proportions & flow are just flawless, the sheath is worthy of the knife, the Dam. isn't overpowering, but so elegant....and that handle is just insane. But I think my favorite part is the guard. It's not too long & clunky like so many are, it marries the blade to the handle so artfully. What is it with Poland and Croatia lately...you guys are crushing it in the fixed customs world lately!
If you don't mind, can you briefly share how you finished the handle? I've heard that Rosewood, esp. stabilized, can simply be buffed without any tru-oil or similar product applied...but I also know that sometimes they'll accept some oil too & get a great sheen. Sorry for the book here, I'm just blown away by this piece, & it would be mine if my lovely wife's damn truck hadn't needed a new fuel pump this week!! Great price for this btw too.
