Here is a nice piece I forged from a billet of 1084 and 1080+ i made up awhile back.

It measures 10 3/4'' overall and the blade is 5 1/2'' tip to plunge.

The fittings are damascus made of 1084 and nickel, and have been etched and polished.

The handle is a really sweet piece of steller sea cow and has great color in it.

The sheath will be made by Robert Jones, and he has been making me some really great looking sheaths. You can see his work at www.handsewnleather.com.
