Hey guys, I searched on Google for Damascus hunting knives and found ColdLand Knives website. Has somebody already purchased a knife from www.coldland.ca?
What are they like with delivery and customer service? all advise is welcome
 
I wouldn't touch them or their damascus razors. If you looked at the site it looks home made. They have almost nothing in stock, don't tell where they get product from and really give a fly by night appearance. If you can find something you want there ( they only have damascus razors and have no pictures of what they look like) try to find out more about what you are buying. If it's an Indian or Pakistani made product than don't waste good money on them, if you even trust that it's a real company.

Wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole.

If this is your company and you are trying a fast one go back and do better before coming back here.
 
I'm new to the forum; is there a section with recommendations for Damascus/pattern-welded blades?

look in the custom makers forsale section or type in Damascus in the search.Be a great start

Four of their knives are reviewed on Amazon.ca, where they can be purchased. They are a Canadian company out of Edmonton. You will pay extra shipping to the States, but I believe the knives are priced lower on Amazon.ca than on the company web site.

No, I don't work for the company, and I have bought some of their knives.
