This knife started by just playing around and the next thing you know there it was.
OAL 7 1/2" Blade 3 1/4" 7/8" wide, full tang
with Olivewood handle, Brass liners and pins.
It was a blast to make, I don't know why everybody is not making Damascus.

Bruce, It welded together like a dream other than the three hours of swinging a hammer but I had fun and that's what it's all about.

I wish the steel and steel sitting around me would materialize into a knife like that!

Very nice, indeed! Great functional design, looks like an excellent using knife. Looking forward to seeing more.

Tim,That look SWEEEEEEET.
Glad to here that it welded up nicely for you.I don't know what I would do anymore without my power hmmer when making Damascus. It used to take all day to get a small Bowie size piece welded up.But OI agree it is fun.
Keep up the good work, and keep the forge fires burning,
Bruce
