I forged a long and thin billet of 15N20 and 1084 high carbon steels which will yield a filet knife and a few paring knives. This is the first one.
I heat treat in a digitally controlled furnace with three normalizing and two tempering cycles for a hardness of 58-60 Rc and a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Flat grind
Professionally stabilized walnut handle which is dishwater (never in the dishwasher) safe
Overall length: 9 inches
Blade: 4 1/4 inches
SOLD includes shipping within the US. I will ship overseas with the buyer paying shipping costs. My PayPal and email address is gldrewknives@gmail.com
