Lovely work! And a great price for the damascus and fine sheath! If I was a buyer instead of a maker, I'd snap it up in a NY minute!

that things awesome mike dare i say WICKED AWESOME... no rly it is thou.
i hammered my wire down a good bits. also i know i was told to save for a kmg but id say the day after tomorrow i should have the money for the grinder from the Hammer In. more then enough for the next couple years. And if i read right im older then you :D :D i coulda swore you had 3 4 yrs on me. But hey i hope my wire knife comes out nice when the time comes. i got my 2nd and 3rd forges i gotta finish up the old by hand way ,and then ill sit down and look at that wire.

Vinny

thanks a lot guys

Vinny. save for the kmg!!! its worth it man! trust me, try one and then try the grizzly. let me know which you like better.
you're better off using mace's tools for the time being...... as you learn you can break them and not worry about it. then save some extra cash and get the KMG! you will not regret it. i think its the best thing i ever did, waited for the good tool.
now get some pics of that cable up on here

stabber, were you the one checking out my knives right at the end of the show? you were speaking with Siska earlier? glad you liked them
thanks

Mike I really like that knife! You and I are going to have to talk knife swap sometime. I'm really impressed with how fast your skills are taking hold. The ergonomics of your handles are really super. I really hope you sell this knife soon. If people could touch this knife and see it in person, as I have, I'm sure it would be gone in a heart beat.

thanks guys i appreciate the kind words.
yes it is hollow ground and the damascus is O1 and L6 (maybe a little nickel) from delbert ealy. its really nice stuff. he knows what he's doing alright.

Thanks Lamont, if i dind't have guys like you and knives like yours to inspire me, and teach me. i sure wouldn't be making knives like this! well i think we need to talk knife swwaps sometime with one of those awesome tantos. those suckers are real sweet

i think the feel of this knife does speak a few words. its definately a new staple design
thanks again guys!
