I forged this blade from a billet of random ladder pattern 15n20 and 1084. The guard, spacer and butt cap are all damascus as well.

The butt cap has been fileworked to match the texture of the stag. This is a really great feeling piece of sambar stag on this one.

It measures 14 5/8'' long with a 9 1/8'' cutting edge. The spine is almost 3/16'' and tapers to the tip.

Price is SOLD with a basket weave tooled sheath.

That is a really nice knife. Money must be really tight or that knife would have been gone in a New York minute. I wish I had your talent.

I don't think you are charging too much. You have a lot of time and money in that knife. From the posts by other people we can see that your knife is admired by folks. I think the problem is that money is tight. People have lost jobs so they aren't buying so that slows manufacturing and sales so more people lose jobs. Everyone is afraid to spend very much for fear they will need the money for necessities. When times get tough, the first things that people stop buying are luxuries. My friend, that knife is a fine luxury. I hope this helps you realize that it has nothing to do with the quality of your work. I wish I had 1/10 the talent you have.
