I call this my sidekick model. The knife can be worn on either side as shown below. I also wear this style knife in the vertical position on my chest wader suspenders when out fishing.

Steel: 1084 15N20 fire pattern Damascus
Thickness: .3/16 inch at ricasso
Blade: 3"
O/A/L: 6 3/4"
Grind: Hollow
Finish: Polished with contrast.
Guard & Pin: Brass
Spacers: Buffalo Horn
Handle: Cocobolo
Sheath: Hand stitched tooled with my special ostrich skin tooling 6 ounce leather.

That is a gorgeous knife. Wish I'd seen it sooner!
If you had another I would surely take it off your hands!
 
I will have another one or two with the same pattern available by the middle of the week around the 8th or 9th of Feb. I will be forging the blades today.
