Damascus Skinner Knife

Hello!

I am looking for a knife maker (Texas preferred) to make a Damascus skinning knife (on the shorter side), open to bone/horn or wood handle (prefer bone/horn), and with an ability to engrave a date on the blade. Price point up to $200-$250.
