They are made from steel O2, L6 and special hard carbon steel.

In case you place the order, I will add some information how to do a heat treatment of billets.

Maximum hardness of a special hard carbon steel is 64HRc

This is probably a super dumb question but I am getting into this. Is the stuff you make stronger then CPM3V steel? I see the RC is higher but I don't fully understand that number. Thanks. Looking for a piece to do a knife. Price is not a big issue. I see they are sold but ment to post this on your newer post. I am looking at your work
