Hi folks – I have been hanging around Blade Forums for a long, long time now. Generally don’t have a lot to say so don’t do a lot of posting. I have been making knives for many many years now and have never offered any of them on BF before. I claim sole authorship for my work with the exception of stabilizing the wood and making mosaic pins. Tried that and decided to leave those tasks to the folks into masochism (grin). Most of my knives have been sold to guys I worked with down through the years. Good friends are the Bybees of Alpha Knife Supply, Tom Ferry, Ed Caffrey, John Christensen, Nick Wheeler, Ken Onion, Dave Lisch, John Davis, Kelly Cupples and a lot of other makers. I have learned something from each of them and hopefully they learned from me also. I am a co-inventor of Timascus and all of it is made here in my shop. I would like to widen my knife customer base so will try offering some of them here. I have a lot to learn about taking good pics folks so bear with me – OK.
First up is this one – a trailing point w/ a 4” 360 layer silver creek pattern damascus blade and a fileworked spine. 416 SS guard, red white and blue vulcanized spacers followed by a bronze spacer. The handle is stabilized maple burl. A fitted heavy leather sheath is included. Price -$360 and US shipping via USPS is included. Paypal preferred but check or money orders accepted also. Sorry, but shipping held until checks or money orders clear. Thanks for looking --

Just for what it's worth, Bill is a good friend of mine, and a nicer/better man you will not find.

I've learned far more from him, as he's been a boiler-maker (dirty, dirty welder/fabricator ;) ) for longer than I've stood on this earth than I possibly could have taught him about knives.

And yes, I'm just being nice so Bill will include me in his will since his shop is awesome! :p

Just kidding.

I'm glad to see you putting work on here after all these years my friend :D

Very nice & great website. Your work is very impressive! Love the entrance gate to your property that you made......that's awesome!:thumbup: What took ya so long to post your knives?

Thanks Mick - that gate was fun to make. That is a replacement after the first one like it got center punched by a big tree in a local windstorm.

Nick , I took Bill's shop tour , how are going to move all that stuff when you inherit it ?

I will come run the crane & forklift to help out:eek:! It ain't a Power House but Boiler Makers need at least 1 Operator:p! For pay we can talk about something SWEET in Damascus & a Stainless Belt Buckle wouldn't hurt either! Last job was with your Union brothers in the Piketon,Ohio local ...... Call Maddog and Bruce for references. Better yet email and attach some pics of knives. They collect knives. LOL Over the last 3 years they won a collection off of my tip boards! All kidding aside tho, great looking knife!
