Damascus vs S30V

I'm wondering if there are any noticable performance differences between S30V and Chad Nichol's Damascus. Thank you.

I can't really tell any great edge holding difference between the 2 steels, but I can tell a hugh difference in the smile on my face when that ladder Damascus blade sees the light of day! Bart1
