You can't tell just looking, but glow powder in the epoxy makes all the lines in the handle glow in the dark - I tried it out thinking I could pick it up in the woods at night after gutting something, but it won't work as well in practice (this knife is new, BTW) - the sheath prevents the majority of the handle from getting charged. But chicks dig it, so you'd have that going for you...
