damn thieves and life

thanks rat pack and esee for letting me complain. i appreciate everyones support and offers to replace my lost izula. no need for that i will get one back some day. this is what makes this forum so awesome, all the rat pack folks, their generosity, and understanding. today is a much better day the sun is shinning, my daughter is smiling and life goes on lol. again thanks everyone

PM me your ship to addy bro, i got something for ya that will make you smile. We take care of our own and when a man is down you help him.

man,it takes a special pos to steal from a veteran at a va.they are gonna bust hell wide open when they die, which will hopefully be soon.its reall great to see how we can all come together to help and support one of our own, especially a person who has served and suffered for his country.if i had it to give,id pay the deductible on your window bro.someone whos done so much deserves to enjoy life and not be ripped off by thieving peckerheads.

PM me your address, I'll send you an izula with sheath on Friday or Saturday. I know how it feels, someone stole the ONLY busse I ever wanted to buy. Now I've given up on it. They also took my whole bike it was wrapped in my sleeping roll which was on my bike....lol. I know the economy is crappy, and people having a hard time right now...but come on...why steal?

Black is all I have, if thats cool?

I don't think I have PM ability, whats your email? I'll drop you a message and get your mailing address! If you still want it that is :D

Keep the faith Grunt....by the way what an amazing group of people on this board.

If someone needed something, badly. And you had it? Wouldn't you give to help? I've always respected Vets, my Gpa is a WWII vet, I gave him a Junglas, Esee 5, and Izula. Which does he love best ? The Izula lmao.....Hahahahhaa. But honestly? Think about it. If anyone else in here got hit with some trouble, I'm sure again; other members would try to help if they could. I'd want that if I was mad/upset about something, especially a theft. I love my gear, and I work hard for all of it, so I understand. As does everyone else.

Plus a Soldier past or current always ranks as a hero to me :D

And to think....the guy/gal who stole your knife now also has our warranty on that knife. That is about the only negative I can think of on our warranty. It follows the knife no matter what.

if OP has the # on the knife handy could you guys keep an eye out for it? Pffft I'd love for the thief to get a knock on door :D

lol thanks mike, way to make me feel better :( damn that great warranty of you guys.

i don't unfortunately know the number i never much payed attention to it. i will with my next one though. i guess i need to do my knives like my guns and right down numbers and apply a owners number. either way again you guys are all awesome and i appreciate all the great offers but again please hold on to your knives. you worked hard for them and spent your money on them, no reason you should pay for what a thief did. again great forum here with a great group of people to say the least.

except for mean old mike warranting stolen knives for thieves and what not :) i am of coarse just joking but i can't figure out how to change the damn color of the font

OH, I see how it is, you'll take metal FOR ME but you won't take metal FROM ME. Man, you grunts are piece of work, lol. There is no shame in accepting a gift, believe me, I am the worst when it comes to someone giving me a gift. For some reason I feel guilty, like, I owe them something. SO I say pay it forward not back. Pick you out one from the post, take pride that we, I say we, owe you. When you run into someone in need, just pay it forward if you can, that's what we do. Moose

HATE LIARS AND THIEVES. What goes around comes around for them eventually. Great offers from a great bunch of folks.Hope the healing continues Grunt !

Grunt,
I completely understand - thieves are the worst.
I'd call them lowdown coyotes - except you can skin a coyote and get some useful winterwear out of the deal....
There are a lot of veterans on the forum - and even more folks who understand that freedom isn't free, it's paid for with the blood of those that serve.
If you change your mind and decide to accept some of the offers for gear, add my name to the list of those willing to pony up. Don't think of it as a handout - think of it as a hand up.
best of luck to you and here's hoping your thief gets his karmic payback in triplicate.

I feel for ya bro. I once had my truck broken into while I was coaching football at the school I teach at in South Central. There I was helping keep these kids off the streets and another one takes my Radio and a GPS unit. Whoever it was will get theirs. Hang in there!

Lates,

Connor

there is nothing more rewarding than knowing that something youve worked hard for can help someone else out.if i had 5 izulas id give 5 to you bro.you and people like you are the ones ensuring that we get to enjoy the freedoms we have today.with that said,id like to contribute to your next esee purchase.email me your shipping info, and ill give anything i can to help you out.YOU ARE OUR BROTHER,and wed like to help out in any way we can.

Great post. This is how things should work. When someone is down the rest rally around and picks them back up. Then that person can help someone else a little further down the line. A++++ for the hero's that serve and have served our country. And for the maggot that took the gear, a special place in hell is waiting.
