i narrowed my choice of a new knife, i chose the stainless steel police model by spyderco, only one thing, ITS TOO DAMN BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!! awww crap im pissed off@!!!
are there any smaller versions ( not the necklase!!lol)

if not, i guess ill get used to its largness

or you could get the spyderco rookie

The Rookie doesn't show in the current catalog. It appears to have been dropped from the line.

Keep the Police model if you can legally carry it where you are. If you can't, the Endura is alittle smaller, and the Delica is smaller yet. Both the Endura and the Delica are pretty much the same as the Police model, (but without the blade-bevel of the Police model). All 3 share the same handle design.

I know what you mean. The Police is a little too big for my taste at present. The biggest Spydies I have are two Enduras. Regarding the aforementioned Rookie, I picked one up NIB in SS/PE at a gun show the other weekend for $42.50. So they are available if you look The ergonomics are excellent. I love this knife. Speaking of ergonomics, you can't go wrong with the Delica. I have it in SS and FRN.

try carrying the police.
its a very thin knife, and you may decide you like it. or try a delica with stainless scales.
either one is a good choice.
