I forge welded some 15N20 and 1095 damascus over a 1095 core and heat treated it to Rc 58-60.
This is a flat grind that I did a mirror finish before I etched which left the 15N20 shinny but the 1095 dull to give it contrast and a lace effect.
The handle is figured cherry that was stabilized by WSSI.
Overall length is 8 inches with a 4 inch blade.
The leather scabbard has a belt loop for a right hand carry.
