If anyone has any pictures of Dan's knives, please feel free to post them.
Today I'll post this elegant swayback jack. The knife is smoking hot, with Sandvik super ss blades, long pull, swedges,a sheepfoot main blade, gorgeous antique maroon micarta & a perfect shield.
Dan,I can't thank you enough,a very magnificent knife ! The shadow pattern is what I'm into mostly these days in a custom handmade pocket knife. I'm rattled here today by this one ! Dan's not messing around!
Enjoy the pictures

Wow, that is nice. A really like shadows also. How long was the wait?

Vince, it's just gorgeous! So graceful it seems organic . . . I expect it to move on it's own.

Couple questions though: What are the two tiny pins fore and aft? Never seen anything like those before. And where does that beautiful shield originate?

Vince, Looks like another great knife buddy!
it looks like it would be a joy to use!
Congrats my friend.

Dave,
I hate to quote a maker's business. Dan is a BF's member, best to contact him directly.

black mamba,I have seen pins like that on a Howser shadow I had once. I guess its for securing the micarta, the way the maker likes to do it. I think the shield you'd see on a Congress. I do not know a proper name for it.

Vince and Mr. Burke,

That is a great knife. I especially like the blade shapes.
