Went to the Eugene, OR show yesterday and had the opportunity to meet Dan Crotts. Very nice guy. Oh and did I mentioned, picked up this little gem! Mirror polished drop point hunter with mokume bolsters and amber stag. Steel is ATS-34

Yes, it is gorgeous! You can't tell from this pic but the handle material is almost a perfect match on both sides. He did an absolutely fabulous job on it. The Mosaic pins have copper in them and the hole at the butt of the knife is lined with copper. I am really impressed with his work.

The knife looks really well made. The materials used are top quality, and the fit & finish looks to be top notch.
 
Great knife from a great guy. I didn't know Dan would be at the show or I would have made the trip.
 
Beautiful knife. Dan's work is terrific and he is also a real nice guy.
