*** BOTH SOLD ***

Two nice hunters made by Daniel Crotts for sale. Not looking for any trades, thanks.

Dan Crotts has worked in the Dozier shop since 1995, and has made thousands of knives since then. Bob encouraged Dan to make his own line of knives with the Crotts mark. Dan makes knives of high quality that are meant to feel good in the hand and be excellent in use. His sheath work is excellent, as you might expect. I believe all of Dan’s knives are made in his own shop, solely by him.

$225
Limited edition hunter, numbered 1 of 8 made. From what I can find via web searches, the knife employs half tang construction, making this knife light and nimble (3.45 oz, knife alone). Handle is brown canvas micarta with brass pins and thong hole liner. S60V steel is made by Crucible, and is very wear resistant due to the vanadium carbide content. Comes with a right-hand, horizontal draw, Dozier style kydex sheath.

This knife appears to have been used lightly, and maybe carried a bit, but is still in great condition, IMO. Not many scuffs on the blade that I can see. Very nice knife.

Blade length: 3 ½”
OAL 7 ½”

$195
Clip point hunter, black canvas micarta handle with what looks like SS pins. Blade is made from D2 steel, that Daniel probably knows well how to heat treat properly. Comes with a right-hand, horizontal draw, Dozier style kydex sheath.

This knife looks to me like it has seen little or perhaps no use. The pins have some scuffage on them. Very nice knife.

Blade length: 3 ½”
OAL 7 ½”
Very nice knife.
