This Santoku by Daniel Koster is 11-3/4" overall,with a 7-5/8" forged 1095 blade.It is lightly used and sharpened.It has patina from food and use,and a few scratches on the blade from the sharpening steel.Kingwood scales with copper pins.Great veggy chopper, Try one out for $110 delivered,priority w/ ins. Well,now that I've got you're attention,I do believe,this is 1095,but NOT a forged blade.Sorry for the confusion,Thank You,
Vince I'm pretty sure I paid $145 for this,in the Makers for sale forum.I think Daniel charges $155 for the basic Santoku.
If someone wants to try this out,in the kitchen,e-mail me with a good offer.I'm open to a partial trade.I'm into slips,nice production ones.Small folders,too.Watcha got?
 
Btt, With this Not Forged Santoku. No-one wants it for thier kitchen? Lightly used,and ready to go.

Tom,I never said the forging was forged,only a mistake on the description,lol.
