Recently had a screw-up with Danny at 888knivesrus.com. Neither his fault or mine, but I was a little chafed. Let me tell you this guy made it up to me "lickety - split" and I would not hesitate to do business with him again or recommend him to others.

by the way, his prices are darn good too!
 
I'll second that, I too had a recent purchase experience with Danny. When the BladeAuction software failed to operate properly and e-mails & telephone calls to them went unanswered during the Blade Show, I was able to visit Danny's site and find that on Monday, it would be business as usual. Danny responded to my voice mail on Monday and 2 day mailed my purchase.

Now, that's the the way to conduct business.
