Just wanted to give a positive shout out to Darrel Ralph, who went out of his way to correct a bad situation that occurred about a year ago now. He seems to be really changing his attitude towards customer service and I hope that this trend continues. The product he delivered was outstanding and I'm very happy that it all worked out.

Keep up the good work Darrel, the effort you are putting out is not going un-noticed!
