Amazing Fossil Walrus Ivory Slabs, Mike Norris Ladder Damascus 4" Blade, Heat colored & fileworked SS liners. They have been weight relieved to allow the ivory translucence. Darrell finished this one for me in 2003 after rough cutting the ivory and letting it age for 9 months. As he said "this ivory is like money in the bank". I have never seen fossil slabs this large or this perfect. Both were cut from the same tusk. I am only asking for what I have into this beautiful piece. Have to make room for other $Hobbies$.:( OFF the Market, I'm not giving it away :jerkit:.

Sorry but he had only enough Ivory to make one other than mine and it was not as nice with a talonite blade. Check that one out in his archives: http://www.darrelralph.com/ddr_knives_tactfolder_mammaxx2.htm
He said ivory like that fossil tusk does not come along very often (understatement)! I know this is a bargain and painful for me to see it go - I'm asking maker's price and I know this has appreciated considerably

I think saying that nobody wants to purchase it is an understatement. That is a gorgeous knife. I would LOVE to buy it. Money is tight though. Someone needs to buy this quick. It is painful to see this everytime I come here.
