Darrel Ralph knives: at least treat yourself visually!

Well, since this thread I made an opinion on Darrel Ralph.

I do like his designs however, but I wouldn't buy anything from him. Not because of a mistake, but because of the way he behave(s/d).

i read that entire thread, lotsa folks werent exactly behavin' like adults imho, i dont get into balis so i dont know WTF about DDR balis but i have seen 3 maxx's and own 2, and have also seen a few other assorted DR knives and all have been top notch, i can only comment on what i know,

Ridiculous. Towards the original poster, on the original topic, and regarding problems he himself acknowledged and corrected, Darrel behaved professionally and responsively.

Towards the ongoing trolling and accusations that came flying from every direction, towards innuendo and discourtesy, he finally got fed up. And even then, he hardly matched the worst behavior of has accusers.

Ultimately, of course, the best advice for someone in the position he found himself would be to focus on the original question and simply ignore the rest:

Never wrestle with a pig; you both get dirty but only the pig enjoys it.

Thanks but no need for concern. I read the other thread. I'm sure I wouldn't have handled it even as well as Darrel did. Also, I had a number of email exchanges with him about an Ebay seller that was selling his knives when he did really have any. He was very cordial and seemed like a upright guy.

Hi,
I handled a gunhammer about 2-3 weeks ago was immensely impressed. I got very lucky today when TNK listed the last of the black radian GH's....I got it....probably get it Monday via UPS directly the DDR. I'll post several pics of it.
Take Care...

For the Maxx, I recommend you keep a look on the sale section here. I got mine there.

My 2 EDCs are Darrel's designs, Maxx and Heat. Both are great.

The only reason I don't have a DDR custom is I'm too poor.

I hope we will be able to see some Maxx Q knives soon.

A dream come true at the gun shoe in Denver last weekend. I was walking up and down the isles, looking for that "they don't know what they have" deal and there it was. A brand new Camillus Cuda Maxx 5.5" in plain blade. Box, pouch, the works. "How much are you asking", I said. $115 he replied. "What??", I thought silently to myself. Instead of "I'll take it", out of my mouth came the surprising words, "is that your best price"? "OK", he replied, "$110, that's what I have in it". "SOLD"!! I said.

The Cuda Maxx was mine for only $110 and no sales tax. Do you believe it!! More proof that one never knows what like will hand him/her next.

Regards
