I dropped my Apogee awhile back, and dinged up the tip. After weeping profusely for a couple of hours, I sent Darrel an email telling him about my acomplishment in stupidity. He sent me a message telling me to send in the knife with postage, and he would fix it. Well today I got the knife, and I am happy to say that it is as good as new.
Darrel you are a lifesaver thanks.
 
I don't know HOW Darrel does all he does but I can concur with you KC in that he TAKES CARE OF BUSINESS! I only wish ALL the makers on this forum were HALF as GOOD!
 
Man, KC beat me to this. I was going to post the same thing. I sent a knife to Darrel a couple of weeks ago and the turn around for repair was the quickest ever. The only thing that took a long time was UPS but thats another story. Thanks so much Darrel!

I received an Apogee in trade and it had a couple of problems so I sent it to Darrel and he made it better than new :) When I sent it in he told me that he had quite a back log so I thought it would be a month or two.......well I got it back in about two weeks! Let me say also that of all the customs I have owned my DA Apogee is my favorite by far...I carry it daily just so I can look at it when I want to :)Thanks again Darrel...YOU ARE THE MAN......Richie
