Darrin made these knives within the last few weeks and requested that the proceeds be donated to Russ Andrews and Adam/Haley DesRosiers. I have the knives in hand and will ship them to the buyer(INCONUS please, the Customs forms are a pain) upon confirmation of funds to the recipient parties.
The top one is for the benefit of the DesRosiers:
AEB-L @ 62 RC with a full flat grind to .005" before sharpening, 400 grit hand-rubbed satin finish.
Blade length is 6 15/16", 6 13/16" sharp edge, 2" wide at the heel, .100" thick at the ricasso with a distal taper.
OAL approx. 12"
Bolts are small stainless steel Corby's and are sealed with Acraglass epoxy.
Handle material is dyed and stabilized curly Hickory
