These wont last long. That 12" AK would be mine if I wasn't holding out for a R-5 ,or full tang Crow, or AK Bowie. But I just snaged a Baby Chit so I feel better........................ for now.

ATTACK, my fellow sharks, ATTACK.

I got the WWII. I could not resist the wood grain pattern on the handle.

(I had been doing pretty well about resisting the urge to jump on the DOTDs over the past few weeks. I am trying to save up for a first firearm, as well as other needs and desires. But, you know how it goes - sometimes you just have to say, "What the ----." :)

Nice snag on the WWII Eric. It has such beautiful wood and the white metal fittings just add to it.

The little Pen Knife is great looking as well.

I would have grabbed that one as well, whether I could have afforded it or not, but can't jump on the DOTD as quickly anymore or I would have raced you for it. Std. bolster and pretty handle. (Notice the karda and chakma are horn as well; interesting.)

Bura could move those all day with those features, and I wish he would make more of them. I have one similar, but with brass fittings and not nearly such a spectacular grain.

Nice snag!

I also would have gone for that R-7. Love the deer horn handle. A bit simpler than the chandan-antler-brass handles we have been seeing.

Thanks guys. (When my wife threatens to have me drawn and quartered, you'll have my back, right?) :D

Eric

There are three usefull beauties left. The 16.5 Baby Ganga Ram, the 12" AK, and the most usefull caming knife of all, the 12" Pen. Newbies, here's yer chance. You don't like it, I'll buy it from you;)
People often under-estimate the usefulness of the "little" HI offerings. I'd rather have a 12 incher in my pack, than a big honkin' chopper khukri back in the truck at the trail head. It's weird that these knives are considered "small" around this joint.

That looks like one sweet WWII, congrats on the wise purchase. I wonder if we will see some in use photos.....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I wonder.

I just love Bura's work, especially the longer handles.

Nice double snag there! :D Like Brian says, you won't be sorry I'm sure.

I gotta be on the look out for one of those 15 inch Pen knives. I got a 12 inch one and I am sold.

Thanks guys. (When my wife threatens to have me drawn and quartered, you'll have my back, right?) :D

Eric

Your wife will probably want your back and your hind quarters, but if there's a front quarter to spare, I'll take one. :D

James

Pen knives are good. I can understand how one could strive to own a variety of them:rolleyes: .

Okay, if this is still available I am in.

12 inch 12 ounce Ang Khola by Dil Bhadur Kami. Horn handle. Perfect fit and finish. Bargain at $60 YBB.

I am a KH Fan and was told I need to compare HI and KH.

So I will go read the rules of ordering or buying next.
