Okay, if this is still available I am in.

12 inch 12 ounce Ang Khola by Dil Bhadur Kami. Horn handle. Perfect fit and finish. Bargain at $60 YBB.

I am a KH Fan and was told I need to compare HI and KH.

So I will go read the rules of ordering or buying next.

Karsten

Welcome and congratulations. You won't be disappointed. Be sure to check out the Himalayan Imports website and the " In Memorium" thread and you'll get a better idea about where HI came from and what they and all of the loyal HI fanatics/family are all about.

Karsten,

Send Yangdu a message giving your name and mailing address, and your user name. Copy and paste her description of the knife, and let her know how you're paying.

Beautiful R7!

Welcome, Karsten. Pull up a chair and stay as long as you like.

Good advice. In addition please read the safety thread. Life can give us plenty of nicks and dings. No need for your new Khuk to do that to you as well. ;)

There are three usefull beauties left. The 16.5 Baby Ganga Ram, the 12" AK, and the most usefull caming knife of all, the 12" Pen. Newbies, here's yer chance. You don't like it, I'll buy it from you;)

Bri, I've been meaning to ask you - have you ever had to make good on this guarantee? My guess it's a pretty safe bet.

I would love to post some pics, if I could. (A new camera is on my list of needs/desires.)

Well, my wife is not big, but she makes up for it in moxie (She's a Hoosier, so when the mood strikes her, think Bobby Knight on a bad day - she was actually in attendance at the game where Mr. Knight hurled the chair onto the court.) :D

A familiar triangular prism box was waiting in my office chair this morning when I came in (What? You don't think I was having all of these blades sent to my house, do you? :D) This WWII feels great in the hand. The karda and chakma are actually made of the same wood (not horn, as pictured), so I have a nice matching set. Thanks, Yangdu.

On a related note, my dear wife was going through some records from over the summer and discovered I had been doing a fair amount of sharking while she was out-of-town with the boys. (Somehow, I had forgotten to mention some of those buys. ;) ) She didn't give me too much grief, but gave me one of her looks. Anyway, I think I have a way to a win-win scenario. Our anniversary is coming up and she needs a new camera. I get her a new camera and she's happy (and I have something I can take pictures of blades with, so I'm happy). Worth a shot, I guess.
