Dashain Special Deals for 10/7

Thanks to all for the kind words. It's been a bittersweet day for me. It's the birthday of my son who passed just over a year ago here at home. I'm sure you understand. Thanks so much for the comrodery, it helps take the edge off while I weep. I don't mean to be a bummer, really, sharing with others even though unpleasant, seems to be part of the healing process. Regards to all.
J

Bigbore. My condolences on your loss, time heals, but the memories are always there.

Cul4u01, again thank you for the kind words, they are certainly appreciated. J

My condolences. No one expects to bury their offspring in times o peace...yet it happens much too often...

Much Aloha Bigbore577 ♥ ...and also, these Hasiya are some of the absolute best blades for gardening work that I've ever had the pleasure to use =)

Grats on that Hasiya Max. I considered that one too at that price even tho I already have one. They are super stout tools for sure.

First post here. I bought the 18.5 inch 25 ounce villager fit and finish balance Knife with human head. It seems nice with the carved handle.

Welcome Ballistol, I have you in my veins absorbed through my hands daily.

I thought the knife you got looked kind of special, should be a good one.

Who ever emailed on Bonecutter and KLVUK I have not received a mail from sender.
Give me a call at 775-825-2279 and I will take care

That would be Charles LeCoure or something close to that Auntie. I sent him an email this morning and have not heard back yet.
Hopefully we'll hear from him soon.

Welcome to the HI and blade forum

The Kukri arrived today. Just 5 days delivery time to Sweden. that's fast. Unfortunately i was not home so i will get the kukri tomorrow instead.

Sweden? My wife is Swedish. Her relatives visiting once taught me how to count to 10, never could get the 6, and of course I've forgotten it all.

Several relatives at Volvo/Penta.

Well they was proper folks and maybe I was afraid to say it or even think it but I remember that now.

Seems like you had to hold your mouth right to say it too for some reason.

Seems like there was another word like whooosh or something I had trouble with, don't even remember what the word was, it was fun at the time.

Used to be funny her mom talking, I dont hear good and she was straight from Sweden, wanted us to become sweden not become American. Didn't work outside the home so never any english influence although she could speak it.
She would be talking and I'm struggling to hear and she'd get excited and revert to Swedish and it was all over. Wife would yell at her, mom your talking Swedish. No wonder I didn't get it.

Never did like each other much, her dad also straight from Sweden was just the opposite, great guy. Just passed a few years back, mom long time ago.
