Date this marking?

Can someone tell me the dating associated with this marking on a Camiilus electrician's knife? It doesn't appear in Goins, which might imply that it is post-1998, but the knives I have seen it on look older than that.

That is the current stamping used by Camillus which is "CamilluS". This tang stamp was introduced around 1989.
