Two months later, same situation. What good is a warranty or $300+ dollar knife without any actual support? I contacted customer support through email and phone and received the same response. I'm just carrying other blades now and also noticed the eBay prices are also dropping on these... Ooh well.

I'd say Brian Fellhoelter makes these. Could be wrong of course.
