SOLD....Offered for sale is this exceptional Dave Kelly Ironwood Burl Fighter.
The 6 3/4" 1095 carbon steel blade has been satin finished and clay hardened producing a smokin' nice hamon. The overall length is 11 3/4"
The sculpted guard is expertly composed of 2 pieces, silicone bronze closest to the blade and stainless steel sloping to the spacers. The handle is made from a beautiful piece of Desert Ironwood Burl with stainless steel pins.
The exceptional leather sheath made by Dave has a shark inlay and comes with two retainer straps.
The knife is very well balanced light and fast. Excellent fit and finish. It feels very comfortable in hand.

To add provenance Dave's Fighter had the distinction of being featured in Blade Magazine's "What's New" section Aug. 2012 edition, as pictured below.
