Dave Lisch Feather Pattern S-Guard

Thank you all I cant wait to see it with a sheath from Paul

Well, I've got the knife in my hot little hand and, Dave, it's a beauty. Pattern work for the sheath commences first thing tomorrow morning, and the sheath will follow pretty soon after that. Then it heads for Florida to its new home. I'll email Jon the pictures of the knife and finished sheath, but the decision to post them will be up to Jon, but I imagine he will.

The pictures of the knife are good, but the knife in hand is so much better.
Great job, Dave!

edited to add; Oh, there was a nasty little hole on one side of the handle. Looked like it was burned or something. Not to worry though, I filled it with some JB Weld and leveled it off.:D:D

Paul

Jon, you have to watch Paul. He said he ground down the butt-cap edge on my recent stag chopper by John White. Said when he received it from John to make a sheath, John had left rough edges around the stainless butt cap, so he took care of it. :D

Anxious to see Paul's result!

Here is the sheath that Paul Long just finished for this knife. Looks great doesn't it?

Dave,

Here are a couple I just recently took, still playing around with the camera. I think I am going to be OK and start taking some more. By the way at this time I would say it is my favorite.
