Dave Lisch Fighting Dragons Bowie

Thanks gents - much appreciated. Gill got dibs in ahead of you STeven, but you're noted in the second slot. Thanks for your comments.

Roger

Well said STeven... I concur with everything you say!
I personally learnt more from Roger in one year of casual conversations about custom knives than I'd learnt in 30 years of collecting!
Of course I give the Blade Forums core of superb collectors and custom makers due props as well!

Dave's damascus is just outstanding and the knife is AWESOME. GREAT sheath and pics as always, from Paul Long and Coop.

Yet another fine example of Dave's killer work! Can't wait until my own example is delivered!Well done everyone, and congrats on adding another beautiful Lisch piece to your collection Roger!

maybe it's just me, but when I look at this knife, I see mating dragons not fighting dragons. But then again, I'm a lover not a fighter:)

Amazing piece! My envy is only equaled to my respect of all parties involved!

Congrats! Jeff

WOW!!! Flip'n awesome knife!!!

This knife really trips my trigger because the number one visual draw is the beautiful lines of the knife... then you see the damascus in the blade, and the damascus in the guard and spacer, and the perfect piece of stag, and then the super butt cap that maintains the flow of the knife...Then you draw your focus back to the overall knife again and see that it really does all work together so that your eye does not hang up on any one detail. Just awesome work Dave!!!

Of course the leather and photo guys' work ain't too shabby either ;) :D

The first one spoke to me. This one is shouting too. So many sweet details! Wonderful addition, Roger!
