David Farmer Slicer/Chef. Here is the description of the knife from the guy I bought it from.
1 large slicer/chef knife, made from a reclaimed machete (probably 1075 or 1080 steel or an equivalent) with an 8 blade, 5 handle, and purpleheart handles. The steel is 1/16 thick.
The knife has been used but remains in a very nice usable condition.
