Good David Mary continues being amazing

I really have to write this to remind everyone how awesome David Mary David Mary is by providing amazing custom work at prices we can all afford. He recently held a one day sale that allowed me to pick up some great knives at unbelievable prices and I really can't thank him enough.

Beyond his unbeatable prices, he also has designed some blades that you will NOT be finding anywhere else. One of which is the Barax, an incredible hybrid of the Filipino Barong and the Scandinavian Seax. I was lucky enough to pick up the first Barax in AEB-L for my 30th birthday (a perfect present to myself).

Below is my current collection of blades by David, though I would not be surprised if it grows in the next month or so as I save up more knife money.

Great fit and finish, great designs, and great prices, but let's not forget David himself. We all know that a maker with a bad attitude or a poor sense of business etiquette can sour a good thing, but there is none of that BS with David.

When I was inquiring about purchasing a Barax machete, he was very responsive to my questions, answering them quickly and fully rather than giving me the quick-and-short answer treatment. When I committed to the purchase, he was very quick to ship and packaged the knife like a pro. He's a consummate knifemaker and gentleman who sets the bar high.

High praise indeed, coming from a man I have great respect for.
 
Also can't say enough about DM....
He's working on my second design.

He will bend over backwards in giving you what you want.
Very responsive, Very fast.

Even though Im busting with good knives, I know I will be buying More of David Mary knives.....Don't miss out.
