I have a nice growing collection of blades from David and I couldn't recommend him more! The man does amazing work and his customer services is second to none.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who Would like to see it.
The steel is 15N20. A breeze to sharpen and takes a keen edge. It’s a great utility slicer with excellent blade geometry. Thin but tough.
The next one will be a different carbon steel, with some tweaks to the handle I’ve requested.
