How many who voted 3V would not have done so if they had known that the only knife in 3V I can make for this giveaway is a 3" hawkbill?

Depending on which steel gets the most votes, I am going to arbitrarily select a blank that I actually have in stock in that steel. Assume a small knife, regardless of the winning alloy.

I should have made that info clear at the start, but I just updated the poll to allow votes to be changed if anyone wants to.

The poll doesn't have a specified end date, other than "whenever I decide it's time".

I have 35 fruit trees so the idea of a pruner does not deter me 😉

15N20. Because it looks closest to 8670. That's the steel used for my DM knife.
I know nothing about steel..

I like carbon steel. Strong, easy to sharpen and holds an edge. Maybe not as good as stainless but good enough.

Sorry guys I had to put magnacut in the lead. I really love that stuff. It’s just so good at everything. 😍👍🏻

I can't be the only one that is so far a little whelmed by MagnaCut. Not over or underwhelmed. Just whelmed.

He was whelmed, if that's a word. Yes it is, 'cause I looked it up. It's one of the skills I learned in my school.

Votes have been locked in and the poll has been closed. At the time of this post MagnaCut is in the lead. Which works because once Peter's gets the most recent batch to me, I will have more MagnaCut options in stock than any other steel.

I guess I don't know how to immediately close a poll that I hadn't already given a closure date. So it will actually close in 24 hours.

I noticed the drop down menu for closure deadlines.

I'm going to link the next poll at the end of each thread so that everyone who saw this from the start will have a chance to participate. And when the final poll thread is concluded, I will also post the actual give away link in it. But this is going to be a special give away, with an entry requirement. More details on that later, but for now I will tell you it doesn't require any money, but will probably require about half an hour of your time.
