David had a knife for sale on Ebay and I bid on it even though it was not exactely as I wanted and bought the knife. I contacted David as to the delivery and asked if some options were available. He was quick to reply and made the changes that I wanted then sent me the knife without any extra charge. Upon arrival I was very pleased except for the pivot screw which was not to my liking and sure enough another set of pivot screws arrived in the mail today. Talk about customer satisfaction! This guy can't be outdone. Thanks David. mike
