I wont call this guy a crook or anything nasty..he just dropped of the earth. He sent me an email on a knife I had for sale asking for a price five dollars cheaper than my posted price. I accepted and he emailed that he would send out a money order. The following week I still had not received any money order and I emailed him three times asking if there was a problem. I received no response to these emails. If there was a problem with payment no big deal we are talking only $60 and I still had posession of the knife. I just needed to know if there was a problem. Upon studying his previous transactions using search..I find out communication is not one of his strong suits and that he has backed out of at least one deal that I know of.
Last friday I cancelled this transaction via email and sold the knife to someone else. (now awaiting that m.o.) As of today I still have not heard from David Atwood of Bumpass VA.
Again I wasnt out any knife or money..just a bit of time but I would be very careful when sending money or knives to this person ..before funds.
David..your on my list of shame..
