Davis Special - Tactical Grade

Gentlemen:

For your consideration is this Tactical Grade Davis Special in 1095/Horse Stall Mat. The horse stall mat is my favorite material for a tactical knife or a hard use knife up north - doesn't slip in the hand when wet and very durable. The flat ground blade was differentially heat treated with clay and hand rubbed to 400 grit satin - there are shadows of the hamon on the ricasso. The scales are glued and secured with stainless flared tubes - the flares are set below the surface of the material to eliminate hard spots on the handle. I made a horizontal sheath for this one to enhance concealment - it will silently deploy without a snap. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it," PM, or email gets it. $275 delivered CONUS.
