Hello everyone,
Today I'm looking to sell my Dawson Knives Bodyguard in 3V. This is actually the first one they made with this steel. Its been taken camping and used a few times, but the edge is still factory and insanely sharp. The coating shows some signs of wear from the sheath and use. No rust, has been stored with a light coat of mineral oil. The grind and heat treat on this knife is truly masterclass. Blade is heat treated properly to 60-61. Thin behind the edge for the first 3-4 inches then transitions to a strong/sharp convex tip. 6 inch blade .21 inch thick, around 11 and a half niches overall. Sheath is nicely made, shows some signs of wear on the outside and inside. Its half kydex and half leather with a leather belt loop.
Dawson does great knives, if you haven't tried one I highly recommend you try one. Only reason I'm selling is because I've moved to smaller fixed blade knives.
