Day 5 Birthday Gift: TDI Master Key and A Little Help From Our Friends

I'd like to thank my older brother for his service in the military; for sacrificing time with his family, friends and loved ones to protect our country.
 
I want to thank all the soldiers and first responders, always protecting and saving us. Secondly, I want to thank Kabar for the awsome GAW week. Happy birthday!
 
Id like to thank my wife for putting up with my knife habit and my 3 kids =) Also thanks to all the bf members for making it a great place to learn about blades and overall great community.
 
I really need to thank a friend for helping me when I was severely depressed and on the verge of committing suicide. There've been many good days for me since then, and I'm thankful I'm still here to enjoy them.
 
I'd like to thank certain people of the general public that actually pull over when they see emergency lights and hear the siren.
That is much more helpful than slamming on the brakes in the middle of the road or trying to outrun an emergency vehicle running code 3.
 
Thank you to my buddy who just restocked my son with 22lr ammo, so he can practice this summer.

Thanks you to my wife for putting up with me and my son for looking up to me like the man that I hope I am.
 
I would like to thank my parents. They gave me my first knife 40 years ago, a cub scout knife, that I still have.
 
I'd like to thank everyone who had a hand in making me what I am - parents, grandparents, siblings, Sunday school teachers, Scoutmasters, friends, Fire/EMS instructors and more. We are all a sum of parts -each a part from someone else, good and bad.
 
Thanks to God for keeping this Police Officer safe every day, also thanks to Ka-bar for taking up the Becker line after Camillus closed.
 
I give thanks to my wife and kids, without whom my life would be a total disaster.
 
I'd like to thank my parents. My dad just turned 80 a couple of weeks ago and it has really had me thinking of all he's done for me and taught me in my time on Earth.
Thanks Mom and Dad, you've put up with a lot from me and still keep inviting me back home to give and teach even more.
